去年9月に開催し「また開催してほしい！」との声が多かった木の根ペンションでのWAIFU Airport Autonomous Rave Special。今年はさらに気候がいい4月に開催！
今回のDJは、タフでハードコアかつ遊び心あるプレイで世界中を沸かすベルリン拠点のYazzus、NYからDIY精神とクィア／サイバーフェミニズムを軸にベース〜テクノを横断するJanus Rose、トランス〜テクノ〜サイを融合した高揺度で没入感あるサウンドでフロアを異次元へ導くロンドンのCOSMIC CAZがラインナップ！さらに国内外でもテクノに定評のあるMAYUDPTH、タフで奥深い音でフロアを魅了するSHIZKA、WAIFUレジデントChloé Juliette、UKベースを軸にしたNEKO MAFIAら実力派のローカル陣が揃った充実の内容。
加えて、Easy Riderによるバイオセンサーを取り入れたVJ、Kana Kittyの舞踏、Whole Festival でもパフォーマンスを披露したCat Jones、身体性と内面対話に迫るパフォーマンスを行なっている芳賀菜々花、同じく身体を使った野外パフォーマンスを行なっている敷地理、アクティビズム性のある作品を発表している注目の若手BIKO&KENNY。若手現代美術作家によるアクティビズムコレクティブ、クソデカフラッグ。そして、WAIFUのオーガナイザーでファイバーアーティストのもりたみどりや、ペインター三橋広大らによるデコレーションなど音楽と融合するアートイベントとしても楽しめる内容となっている。
国家権力と資本主義、農村・自然との共生とのぶつかり合いの歴史を象徴のような場所、成田空港滑走路脇の「木の根ペンション」でのスペシャル野外レイヴ。360度空港に囲まれ、飛行機が飛び交う中で長年住民に住み継がれ維持され、現在では闘争の歴史と平和や共生の想いが込められた特別な場所に。この機会をお見逃しなく！

The WAIFU Airport Autonomous Rave Special was held at Kinone Pension in September last year, and many people requested that it be held again. This year, it will be held in April, when the weather is even better.
This edition features a powerful DJ lineup: Berlin-based Yazzus, known for her tough, hardcore yet playful sets that energize dancefloors worldwide; NYC’s Janus Rose, whose DIY ethos and queer/cyberfeminist perspective shape a sound that moves fluidly between bass and techno; and London’s COSMIC CAZ, delivering high-energy, immersive sets that fuse trance, techno, and psy into otherworldly sonic journeys. They are joined by a strong roster of local talent, including internationally recognized techno DJ MAYUDPTH, the deep and hard-hitting SHIZKA, WAIFU resident Chloé Juliette, and UK bass-driven queer collective NEKO MAFIA.
In addition, the event expands into an immersive art experience: VJ Easy Rider presents bio-sensor–driven visuals; Kana Kitty performs her unique butoh rooted in shamanism and gyaru culture; Cat Jones, who has performed at Whole Festival, brings body-based multimedia performance; Nanaka Haga and Osamu Shikichi explore corporeality and inner dialogue through movement; emerging artists BIKO & KENNY present socially engaged works; and the activist art collective KUSODEKA FLAG contributes bold spatial interventions. The space will also be transformed by decorations from WAIFU organizer and fiber artist Midori Morita, alongside painter Kodai Mitsuhashi—creating a fully immersive event where music and art deeply intersect.
Kinone Pension is located next to the Narita Airport runway, and is a place that symbolizes the history of the conflict between state power, capitalism, and the coexistence of rural areas, nature. Surrounded by the airport on all sides and with planes flying by, the place has been maintained and lived in by local residents for many years, and is now a special place that is filled with a history of struggle and a desire for peace and coexistence.
